One of the best Sci-fi thrillers I have read in a long time - fast paced,character rich grips you from page one until the very end. The stories are very clevely put together, the whole atmosphere is like a strange marriage between distant future and ancient past,and the city of Golgotha Falls is Dali-esque with Hieronymus Bosch without giving to much away, the central character of the book is one of the best heroes in recent times-Great twists, humour,action,intrigue and love- I would recommend this one for anyone whos looking for something different.

Loved this from beginning to end, the intense layering of imagery makes this one hell of a ride and Desdemona is a heroine to die for...literally!The interweaving of fantasy, mythology and nightmare could have become too dense to wade through, but this is fast paced, erotic and seriously humourous with sharp characters and plot twists...bring on Exodus!

After picking up the book from my partner, I approached this book with a great deal of skepticism. It took a little while to get into it but then it's non stop action right to the end. Great fun, incredible vision and Desdemona makes an intriguing anti-hero. Full of engaging & varied characters including her loyal, comedy sidekick Djoba. Can't wait until Golgotha Falls: Exodus. Please keep Hollywood at bay for a while....
