Synopsis
The authors reopen an important question. 'How does light work?' 100 years ago, Einstein published his famous article on light. Despite being found incompatible with other theories, it has largely been accepted by the scientific community and given impetus to much that is useful in our understanding of the universe. Was Einstein right however, in saying that a medium in space to carry light could be ignored without consequences? Most people are not able either to understand or challenge his assumptions, yet, with some simple maths the authors make a strong case to return to absolutes in space and time and demonstrate that Einstein may have made some serious errors. They therefore propose bypassing relativity theory without losing its valid results and offer a logical alternative that restores meaning to time, length, speed of light, and size and age of the universe. Francis Pym, as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, won an important Architectural Competition and other awards, having qualified at the Architectural Association, London. Clifford Denton studied mathematics at the University of Cambridge and obtained his Doctorate at the University of Oxford. His research included the identification of and educational provision for gifted children in mathematics.

Hi Paul (Publisher), Francis & Clifford
When I arrived home this evening...........the package of 10 books had arrived.
Thank you! First of all....Thanks for the honor of having my Cassiopeia photograph grace the front
cover of your wonderful new book.
Paul, Great Job on the Reproduction accuracy of the image on the front cover, and getting the credit right too, it all looks very nice. I did read the book already, it was very interesting, and for the first time the issues with Einstein's relativity, the speed of light and my understanding of them has made some real sense.
The following is my personal impression after reading the book, not just once but twice in the last few hours, second time was to review the equations and figures more.....
Einstein's Predicament - A New Approach to the Speed of Light
Published by Twoedged Sword Publications. PO Box 266, Waterlooville, PO7 5ZT. £6.00
The simple equations, effects of motion on time and length, variable speed of light, cosmology in a fixed frame of reference, all made easy to understand, even for the layman. I'm blown away, one of the best, easy to understand, and most interesting books I've read yet.
Awesome Simplicity! Congrats Gentlemen! WOW! You definitely have a winner here. I also look forward to your future works.
Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year! Best Regards, John Chumack, galacticimages.com
