Among the issues discussed here are those of happiness, destination of human kind and the meaning of life. This is a highly practical philosophy that helps one to find equilibrium in life, perfect balance, that point of rest, leaning on which you can feel utterly safe when facing the hardest life's challenges. It is a pathway to deep inner peace, unshakable confidence and a happier, utterly harmonious life. Dare we ask for more? Does anyone?

5.0 out of 5 stars Clarity and beauty combined, 1 Aug 2005
By A Customer
If you have ever pondered the mysteries of life and sought answers to the riddles of existence then this is a book for you. In a very unique and direct approach Anton Vetroff has put together a remarkable work.
It is both concise and frank, offering the reader a different view of life than traditional schools of thought. Very much a non-dual approach, it is a book that captivates and engages one, leaving a sense of wonder and, (personally) a certain sense of gratitude.
Some of the concepts may seem challenging to the uninitiated in this field, yet there is nothing within these pages that is anything less than clear, comprehensible and frank, having been written with care, humour and touching sincerity.
Covering concepts as wide ranging as the nature of matter itself to mundane issues of everyday life, offering methods and exercises to enhance one's daily experience, all are handled with expert simpicity.
To add further to the enjoyment of this most delightful volume are the illustrations that introduce each chapter which are simply breathtaking - a remarkable package!
I highly recommend this as the book of books for all seekers and non-seekers alike. Enjoy!

5.0 out of 5 stars Concise and Creative, 27 Jul 2005
By Journeyman333 (Birmingham UK) - See all my reviews
This is a wonderful short work that cuts to the heart of the non-dual perspective. Written refreshingly openly and directly, The practical Philosophy of Happiness is accessible to all and offers the reader clear and concise analogies and metaphors along with very practical exercises that we can use to bring about clarity in our lives. The stunning artwork at the head of each chapter only serve to make the experience of reading this book all the more pleasurable. Highly recommended.
