GREAT BOOK, I LIKED IT VERY MUCH. RECIPES ARE DELICIOUS AND GOOD
PHOTOS HELP A LOT TO SEE WHAT THESE GORGEOUS DISHES ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE.

I am a second generation Dalmatian living in England and it is nice to have found a book written about the Croatian cuisine that is not in limited edition and expensive.
The recipes inside i found were easy to follow and turned out almost as well as the pictures depicted. I did however feel that the book could have delved further afield addressing more varied dishes and containing more recipes.

Having recently been on holiday in Croatia, I was frustrated by my inability to buy a cookery book. Now at last there's one available. This book has good illustrations, the recipes I have tried work well and are easy to follow. It's well worth having in your collection for a meal during the week or if you need a slightly different dish for a dinner party.

The book gives a genuine flavour of Croatian home cooking. The mix of central european and mediterranean styles is exciting and no doubt this is a cuisine will develop many new fans in the coming decade.

It's great to stumble on an rarity like this!
