5.0 out of 5 stars One of the greatest chasers of all time, 23 April 2007
Moscow Flyer is one of those destined to greatness and a horse of a lifetime. He burst upon the racing scene and into the public conscience when he ran against the 3 time Champion Hurdle winner and Irish treasure Istabraq. But he really came into his own over fences. Whether he was your favouite or not he could not be ignored. This was a horse of immense presence and character. Big and bold and always up for a battle. Although falling became a trademark of his when he stood up he was simply awesome. His jockey once said of him, 'He is the man'. and this sums him up.

This book tells the story of those who discovered him, his life in racing and what he meant to them. Well written and a suitable tribute to a great 2 mile chaser.
