5.0 out of 5 stars Change Your Thinking, 11 Nov 2004
By A Customer
I have been fortunate enough to attend one of Penny Ferguson's training programmes and it was inspirational. It changed my whole way of thinking and looking at life, which has made every single day since a better day! This book is a wonderful reinforcement of everything I learned.

It does not need to be read from start to finish, but instead just dipped into - pick any chapter and it will have relevance. Each chapter takes only 15 minutes to read - ideal with your first cup of tea or coffee!

Wonderful and inspirational read! Great 'dip ability' offers the reader inspirational insight suitable for every mood. Deep enough to be thought provoking and light enough to bring a smile. This book has pride of place on my coffee table and draws every visitor to it!

5.0 out of 5 stars EQ Soundbites, 5 Aug 2005

As there are no new ideas - the quest becomes around having the best of the old ones available for a quick fix when you need it. This book fits that bill. It speaks to all ages - providing tools for teens to make sense of things, and reminding the rest of us of some simple truths which get lost in life's white noise. One per household would make the world a better place.
