We bought this book for a 2-day stay in Barcelona and it proved invaluable.

The book is designed so that it contains a short but useful guide book, 2 fold out maps, a pen and a compass. All this is contained in a durable plastic cover that is genuinely pocket-sized.

The maps fold out ingeniously and are very manageable even when walking along. The maps are detailed and contain all the tourist attractions which made getting around really easy.

The guide book contains all the major sights and was more than adequate for a short trip.

Overall this is highly recommended.

Just spent 6 Days in Barcelona over Christmas, did almost all the must see's. what was best though was the pop out maps.

The book itself fitted into my back pocket, or jacket pocket and a quick look at it did the trick now and again - made sure i didnt stand out too much like a tourist (read - easy prey) carrying a big map in front of them.

Away to look for a "Rome" version for my next trip.
