This is a GREAT book... It really helps you to focus on what it is all about. The book is sharp and comes with a credit card sized reminder which helps keep you on track. Once you have gone through the 10 stages the card will ensure you remember the points that will help you succeed in any sales environment.

As a sales trainer I have used the techniques in my last 2 sales training courses and the results are fantastic. The reps are picking it up much quicker and retaining the information to.

A must have for anyone wanting to make it in sales whether you are a beginner or expert. Selling double glazing or doughnuts.

If you only buy one sales book this year make it this one. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
