This book is illustrated by simple beautiful photographs of babies. This is a stroke of pure genius as there is nothing a baby will respond to like a face.
The words are simple and reassuring and there is a lot of repetition.
The photographs are beautiful multi-cultural children in varies poses, crying bathing etc all regular things that your little on will be familiar with.
A lovely book to share with a young baby.

My 6 month old daughter absolutely loves this book and I really enjoy reading it with her. The photos of babies are beautifully shot and very expressive and will capture your baby's attention; the text is sweet and every time there is an 'I love you', we have a big cuddle and kiss. There's a slot on the final page for your baby's photo and it delights them to see themselves. It's solidly made and the corners are round, which would seem a fairly obvious thing to do, given how the little mites like to chomp everything, but not many publishers seem to bother. I'd recommend buying this.

My daughters is 3 months old and is fascinated by this book. She coos at all the babies and smiles at them. Great as a first book....
