surprisingly "understanding head massage" tells you nothing about techniques despite it's rather ambiguous title. Instead it suggests reasons for having it. For me this was frankly rather pointless.

This is a very simple introduction into the world of Indian Head Massage and would be useful for those who are thinking of going to have a massage as it gives a brief explanation of what the benefits can be, what to expect and also of any adverse reactions an individual may experience. However, it would not be very useful to someone who is looking to learn more about Indian Head Massage as it is not detailed enough.
