Written to restore consumer confidence after the BSE scare this handy little book is full of relevant information and
`over 50 of the easiest and most delicious recipes.'
Interspersed only occasionally with a charming black and white illustration.
Each chapter opens with buying/cooking notes and all the recipes have a full ingredient's list and clear method.
