Product Description

Kathleen Ginn, Rapid Sensory Learning

..recommended for those who wish to become better presenters of the art and science of hypnotism through mind reading.

Book Description

Mindreading is the popular showbiz term for telepathic demonstrations or extrasensory perception. Today it’s entertainment, but the future may find it a form of every-day communication.

Including authentic background information on recorded telepathy demonstrations and objective evidence of mindreading as a psychological phenomenon, Ormond McGill offers his readers the opportunity to practice and hone their own natural telepathic abilities. At the very least, what you learn in this book will advance your perception and sharpen your senses. And, if you wish, how to present a marvellous entertainment!

Chapters include:

· Proof of telepathy
· Telepathic control of movements
· Oriental telepathy techniques
· Silent psychic influence
· Developing body awareness
· Designing your mindreading show
· Intimate mindreading experiments

The companion to this volume, The New Encyclopaedia of Stage Hypnotism has already become known as ‘the bible’ for stage hypnotists.

2.0 out of 5 stars Interesting but misleading title., 30 Jun 2004
By Peter Lindsey "listner" (tokyo) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Much of the book is simply recounts of psychic experiments throughout the ages. The only 'secret' the book teaches is how to follow a subject's unconcious direction to a specific place by maintaining contact. No detail is given as to how this is done, and the book waltzes smartly onto how to use your newfound 'skill' to perform various stage routines; all of which revolve around this one single trick.

For those looking for magic exposure or mindreading show tricks, this book is utterly useless. Those who believe in REAL e.s.p. and are willing to suspend disbelief to try to learn it in its most simple form, you may find this book useful.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mind Reading, 22 April 2004
This is the clearest and best writen mindreading book I have ever read. It shows clever ways of mindreading which I never have seen in any otherbook I have read and I have read quite a few. I am a hypnotist and workat a collage and this is a must buy for anyone interested in the subject.
