5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic, humourous and great food, 26 Sep 2003
A marvelous book about food and the chef himself, great recipes too. Forget about the recipes if you want, just bring this off to bed and have a real giggle. Then go back to the great food. This man sent me his curry oil recipe via email a few years ago and it is wonderous, recipe in the book.

5.0 out of 5 stars super book, 1 Feb 2008

Some of the recipes sit up and beg, his ability with bold flavour and low cost (protein) ingredients (cheaper meat and fish) is fabulous, well worth buying and trying.
