Dave Bassett is one of football's colourful characters. He is the man who led Wimbledon to their FA Cup triumph in 1988. His talents are renowned throughout the football league. This is an interesting insight to Dave Bassetts career but nothing more. He stops short in dishing the dirt and gets bogged down with his eight years at Sheffield United.(We lost 1-0 here and drew 0-0 there.)Worth a read though!
