I wrote Spellcraft with the rigours and constraints of modern life in mind,
and in the knowledge that the magical energies around us can be accessed via
contemporary magical tools and ingredients such as staples, paperclips,
computers and photocopiers as effectly as it can via ancient herbal recipes.
I hope readers have as much fun reading and testing out some of the spells
as I did gathering the spells together and writing them! Remember - it's
the intent that counts, not the fancy regalia.
