When I first met Sue it was with a simple health issue, with her help and guidance I not only recovered my health but discovered a completely new way to enjoy life. Her practical little book is so easy to follow and I have given it as a gift and shared it's contents with many friends who also are surprised and delighted with its results - a ripple of a good idea that spreads a great deal of happiness

The simplicity of this book belies how powerful its message is. It is easy to read, practical and beautifully illustrated. I have used the techniques to address an issue I had in a relationship and I was astounded by how quickly I got results. I was so impressed that I have given it as a gift to several members of my family.
