What an excellent, helpful and well written book. On receipt I just looked up a few areas that I wanted specific help with - poor lack lustre skin, loss of energy, general tiredeness and high cholesterol. After only a matter of weeks, I experienced vast improvements in these areas, and since then have read the book cover to cover. It is full of helpful tips and advice, and is so easy to read. Everything is logical, alphabetically indexed and informative. I wish I had received it 10 years earlier!

In particular, I cannot believe the difference in my skin. I have been buying every face cream on the market for years, but this has done more to improve my skin than any potion (and at a fraction of the cost!).

I have already bought copies for a few of my friends and have recommended it to many people.

I have also bought a couple of Hazel Courteney's earlier books as I was so impressed - again these are written in a informative and straight forward way - full of useful tips and advice.

I just wish she would bring out a book on 500 of the most important ways to improve my golf swing!

This book explains many excellent nutritional tips and advice that can help improve your health using natural supplements. Hazel has done her work thoroughly and has used her vast exp to share with others. She recommends various herbs, minerals and such supplements that can treat various ailments and conditions. Her recommendation of the all in one multi nutrient / anti ageing formula Kudos 24 is excellent. I personally use it and find it has helped my health tremendously..it's basically part of my daily diet and I would recommend anyone to use it...well done Hazel...

What an excellent read! The book is full of really useful ways to stay younger. I started off looking up specific topics like poor skin, tiredeness, lack of energy - and ended up reading the book cover to cover.

It is very informative and logical - good a-z format so if you only want to look up a certain topic or refresh yourself on what you have already read, then you are not having to scan through the entire book.

I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin - much better result than I have got from expensive face creams over the years!!

I have bought several copies of the book as gifts for friends. Also because of the easy to read,logical format of the book, I have purchased a couple of other Hazel Courtneney books - and they have also proved well worth a read.
