There are tips here about how to deal with all kinds of stress in all areas of your life - at least one section of the book is bound to be helpful and relevant to you. The tips are those 'obvious once you've read it' kind that are extremely sensible but that you wouldn't have come up with on your own. I found the tips on subjects such as keeping work areas and paperwork tidy the most helpful, and also the tips on how to eat well by keeping your fridge clear and preparing meals in advance. I'd recommend this to anyone who feels stressed or overwhelmed by life at times.
