2.0 out of 5 stars Comprehensive but Skimpy, 6 Feb 2001
By A Customer
I must say I was a tad dissappointed with this book: although it does cover all Simpsons' episodes up to and including the 10th series, all it gives is a very brief (about 10 lines max) synopsis of each episode along with "Bart's Blackboard Quote" and any special guest voices. Add in a brief overview of the main characters and actors and that's it. Not bad if you want a (very) quick reference guide devoid of opinion or critical comment, but not much use if you want a more subjective guide.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good read for any Simpsons fan, 23 July 2000
By coolsmithuk@yahoo.com (Dorset, United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
A great book which is pretty much well organised, and although it lacks in it's presentation, it makes up for it's content, and the fact that it's the best value unofficial Simpsons book around. It is similar to 'The Simpsons: Complete guide to our favourite family', and 'The Simpsons: Forever', although it covers much more original information, such as what scenes Sky One didn't show, and basic facts about that episode, which covers all episodes up to Season 11. Generally a good read for any fan of the show!
