3.0 out of 5 stars Very good book for people who have got their first Malamute, 7 Feb 2001
This book contains all the information one needs when owning an Alaskan Malamute. It is easy to read. All necessary facts about the breed are provided. It covers all the important areas, Breed standard, brief history and characteristics of the breed, as well as basic health care, training, showing and everyday care. I would recommend this book to everyone who thinks about buying an Alaskan Malmute. However if you want to know more about the breed and its history and development there are other books about the breed.
