A wide range of pubs and inns are described in this reliable and well laid-out guide. We've used it on many occasions on our travels and have found wonderful places to eat and drink that otherwise we'd have passed by. We keep a copy in the car. The Mulberry Tree in Wrightington, Lancs was a special find. Well up to the standard of other Sawday guides that we'd also recommend.

In the short time we've had this book it has helped us have many great evenings in lots of lovely pubs. From Pembrokeshire to Clerkenwell my wife and I regularly rely on the reviews within. The only problem is that it doesn't cover Scotrland, our next destination!
