5.0 out of 5 stars An essential guide for would-be 924/944/968 owners, 25 April 2000
By A Customer
This book fits exactly into the space between coffee table guide and maintenance manual for the four cylinder Porsche series. Extremely well researched with high-quality, informative colour pictures, it is a real font of knowledge for the enthusiast and the relative newcomer to this marque. The style is very well written and the model evolution is well detailed and clear. The reference material for each chassis serial number is also very useful when you come to buy one of the cars described. The comprehensive colour photos also allow you to evaluate the various style and colour options that were provided with these cars. A definite must-have for the 924/944/968 enthusiast.

4.0 out of 5 stars An essential book for Porsche waterpumpers owners & fans, 18 Dec 1998
By A Customer
This is the most updated, comprehensive review of this lovely, but frequently undervalued car. The technical approach is very well achieved. This is neither a "nuts and bolts" oriented book nor the typical coffee-table one. Porsche waterpumpers enthousiasts will obtain a complete picture of the history and technical details of their favourite car. Quality and originality of pictures are remarquable.

The only drawback of the book (a very personal opinion) is that it treates much more in detail the older 924 series than the newer 944, 951 and 968. A more balanced content should be desirable. Highly recommendable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb illustrated guide to the 924/944/968 model range, 15 Jun 1999
By A Customer
If you have to own a book on any of these cars, then this must be the one. Impeccably researched and packed full of superbly detailed pictures, this book tells you just about all you could ever wish to know (and a lot more besides) about these best selling models. Detailed data section is especially impressive, containing specifications for each model year including paint and interior schemes available. A must for any potential buyer.
