A useful guide but now 10 years old and in need of updating; not possible to follow all directions, and helpful to take relevant OS maps. Generally still accurate but occasional lack of signposts and changes in footpaths over time, as well as some disputed access routes, can make negotiating a particular section frustrating. Fantastic scenery on walks and fascinating places to see and visit en route - would never have visited most of these if it was not for this guide book.
