Before I purchased this book, I was worried about biased opinions. How wrong I was. This book tells you the facts straight and simple. What I particularly liked was the way the author gave the advantages and disadvantages in most situations. All aspects are described in complete detail so that you wont miss anything. There is more information in this book than you could possibly hope for. Everything from legal contracts to local climate. I had read a previous review of a prior edition of this book where the reviewer wrote that after reading this book, he was scared off the idea of buying property in Spain. Personally speaking, a good book is a book that tells you what you need to hear, not what you might necessarily want to hear. I would highly recommend this book as it gives very sound advice and a lot of facts.

Really enjoyed the book. Loads of useful information, which can be used in conjunction with advice from friends and officials who are already there. Found the book very user friendly and easy to read. would recommend it to anyone considering a life out there.
