As a former Bailiff myself, I found it a very interesting and informative read in terms of clarification of both Bailiffs' powers and the debtors rights. If a debtor has this book in his/her possession when a Bailiff (now called a Civil Enforcement Agent/Officer) is calling, you can be confident that you will have good a grounding on knowing exactly what you can and cannot do if the worst should happen.
