This book did not do exactly what it says on the cover. Types of letting contracts are covered, giving the basic information that any landlord should know with regard to terms, conditions and grounds for repossession etc. (although it did not cover many other information that would be of value, such as legal requirements for heating system certification, for example). It is a book for people who need to know the legal basics only, and is therefore useful, but it didn't provide information which the title might lead one to expect.

This is how I would describe this book. It is not for the expert, but aimed more at talented amature. I have used this as an indispensabe guide to the more technical aspects.
