5.0 out of 5 stars Good, easy to read overview and history of EI & EQ., 26 Sep 2001
By A Customer
Ms. Orme has done a very nice job taking the sometimes confusing and often times complex world of Emotional Intelligence and making it accessible to the layperson and adding clarity for the professional. I especially appreciated the historical chronology of events in the development of what we currently know as EQ including the different schools of thought and key players. I recommend it to anyone interested in better understanding Emotional Intelligence.
