4.0 out of 5 stars Intriguing mix of realist and experimental verse, 14 May 2004
By A Customer
One of the co-authors, Paul Batchelor, recently won an Eric Gregory award, and the potential that that indicates is clearly on display here. The interests and styles of the two authors are wide-ranging, but the work as a whole fits together surprisingly well. For instance, I would have a very hard time saying which author wrote which poems or how deeply collaborative the poems might be (there is no indication of individual authorship). I look forward to individual books by both authors, as well as more collaborations, and would highly recommend this slim volume.
