Nobody (among those I know in the field except probably Gordon Lawrence himself) has read this book.
Amazon is unable to supply it. No one in the Amazon marketplace has heard of it. No one remembers selling any copy of this book. The book is not actually available anywhere!
I wonder if this is Gordon's joke or a joke on him ?
If Gordon Lawrence (supposed co-author of such a book) who I happen to know personally, reads this comment, I shall appreciate to hear from him and obtain a copy of the book.

I am still dwelling in the possibility of reading this book.
