I really recommend buying this book. I was a complete novice, yet found it extremmely easy to understand. It takes you step by step through the basics, with clear diagrams illustrating each point. Really making you understand the sport.
Then as you get further through it gets more advanced, detailling tactics and team strategy which was brilliant for my team racing.
Basically, I found it a fun, inciteful, and a good read.
