If you want a less technical and punchy introduction in to high performance skiff type racing then this is a good start. The video is well worth it too.

I think though the new DVD called Higher and Faster, featuring RS800, 49er and 29er is a better buy.

And if you really want to get your hands on all the scientific theory around high performance sailing then the best of all is by Frank Bethwaite, father of 49er designer Julian Bethwaite. A fantastic tomb but not for the faint hearted
