are featured in this book from the Salmon 'Favourite Recipe' series.

Paperback format with 48 high quality pages covering 33 recipes.

This charming little book opens with an alphabetical list of the recipes contained within.
Each recipe opens with the title, the list of ingredients plus the method, and a note, if applicable.
Metric Conversion tables are given on the last page before a complete list of the titles in the Salmon series on the inside back cover.

Interspersed with sepia photographs, my particular favourite being:-

`Shakespeare Cliff, Dover',
alongside a tasty recipe for:-
`Dover Sole with Watercress and Anchovy Butter'.

`Pat Smith is a farmer's wife. Starting work as a farm student, she gained a degree in dairying at Studley College, Warwickshire.
She then became a herdswoman at Wrotham in Kent, subsequently moving to East Sussex. She is a qualified National Women's Institute cookery judge and gives cookery demonstrations.'
