are featured in this book, from the Salmon `Favourite Recipe' series.

Paperback format with 48 high quality pages covering 34 recipes.

This charming little book opens with an alphabetical list of the recipes contained within.
Each recipe opens with the title, the list of ingredients plus the method.
Metric Conversion tables are given on the last page before a complete list of the titles in the Salmon series on the inside back cover.

`Having trained initially as a home economist and later as a teacher, Amanda Persey settled in the West Country.
For a number of years she taught at a school in Exeter, and subsequently worked for the Sea Fish Industry Authority.
She married a local farmer and lives near Honiton, close to the borders of Devon, Dorset and Somerset.'

Interspersed with sepia photographs, my particular favourite being:-
`The Packhorse Bridge, Allerford',
alongside a tasty recipe for:-
`Porlock Bay Bake`.
