4.0 out of 5 stars Must-have if you're a competiting Highland Dancer, 30 Nov 2001
By A Customer
This book is a must-have if you're dancing in competitions. It has every step of the Highland Dances in it which is ideal. However, not a book for Beginners, or if you're english is less than perfect. Teachers should have one, though.

5.0 out of 5 stars Highland Dance Bible, 10 Sep 2001
By A Customer
This book is a MUST for the competing Highland dancer. Although some of the language is hard to understand at first, this book gives the positions of EVERY Fling, Sword, Sean Triubhas, and Strathspey and Reel steps. It also includes every position and step for the feet, arms, and even the head. It is a blueprint for Highland Dancing.

By A Customer
This textbook is useful if you have never done highland dancing and are teaching yourself, however there are some mistakes and a lot of it is not to be taken literally!
