5.0 out of 5 stars All you need to know about British Nudibranchs..., 21 Aug 2002
By A Customer
A comprehensive book covering all aspects of the life of Nudibranchs, or sea slugs as they are commonly known. It is an excellent photographic guide to British Nudibranchs, although most specimens appear to have been photographed in the clear waters of Ireland. It explains on a basic scientific level the anatomy of this strange, but beautiful creature. There is an abundance of information on preferred habitat, species distribution and other useful tips for their correct identification.

This guide also covers unusual aspects such as specimen collection and preservation techniques and I personally found the technical recommendations for photography very useful.
