About the Author
Paul Gilbert is CEO of LBC Wise Counsel and a solicitor. He was
General Counsel to two UK-based financial services companies before
founding LBC Wise Counsel. He is a former Council Member of the Law Society
of England and Wales and is currently a trustee of LawWorks, the pro bono
charity. His first book Head2Head - Client Relationship Management was
published in 2002.
