This practical, thought-provoking guide to writing and being published, is unlike other writing books on the market. It's a must-have for all writers, whether novice or pro. Pathways to Publication, is the crystallisation of the knowledge and experience of two people steeped in the business of writing and publishing. It demystifies the process of writing, giving practical, accessible ways to distil your everyday life for creative writing prompts, vignettes, ideas etc. Everything is grist to a writers' mill.

The second half of the book goes on to show what to do when you have finished a piece of writing - the publishing options and the pitfalls to watch out for along the way.

Throughout, the book shows how writers, at any stage, can use the Internet to their advantage for information, contacts, support, in fact "virtually" anything they need. A free CD-ROM of helpful websites and contacts is available by post.
