it's rare i find a tech book which is both full of good illustrations and technical details. ok so it won't satisfy your appetite for rollcentres, polar moment of inertias of the ferrari car but it's a good start. at least it links it with a car that exists. for all other vehicle dynamics and powertrain we are left with the SAE, IMechE and all other highly complex books. So this is one either for the ferrari enthusiast or for the student (ME !!!) wanting to learn about formula cars. By the way, do not use this to design your Formula Student or 750MC car. It will probably be wrong!

This book will appeal to all Formula 1 enthusiasts who have unanswered questions about the various technicalities of the cars, to just fans in general. A good read with lot's of secrets revealed. Perfect for the non-technical Formula 1 fan.
