1.0 out of 5 stars Utter waste of money, 20 Feb 2003
I can't believe this book got good reviews - there's absolutely nothing in it! The only reason it stretches to 270+ pages is because it's written in huge type with even bigger headings, and there are gaping spaces left on each page. In reality the information is hardly enough to fill a booklet, and even then there is nothing in here that you can't find through a short and very cursory search on the internet. For instance, there can't be more than about six or seven paragraphs devoted to the subject of vitamins in the entire book!

This book is extremely expensive for what it is, and I am VERY disappointed. Save your money, or buy Marilyn Glenville's Natural Solutions to Infertility instead. It's far superior.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent, well explained, sensible approach, 20 Aug 1999
By A Customer
This book offers a clear, easy to digest (no pun intended!) approach to handling infertility -- one that's definitely worth trying before investing the time, money, and emotion in more invasive medical interventions. The author presents information from a variety of scientific and cultural sources, with candor on the extent to which there is evidence for each of her suggestions. The overall approach is an appealing, comfortable one to start with when couples are first experiencing problems conceiving. Well worth it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, 14 Dec 1999
By A Customer
This is an extraordinary book--well researched, based on solid medical studies, and information that's not readily available elsewhere.

Our infertility support group has all read it, and there are a few pregnancies--and the rest of us are on it full steam ahead!!

Highly recommend it. Also, the author's a great speaker, if you have a chance to hear her anywhere.
