A very well put-together, readable, sensible and safe program of exercises. Probably the best intro to the Pilates Method I have yet seen.

5.0 out of 5 stars Not a replacement for live instruction, but helpful..., 4 Jun 1999
By A Customer
This book is a short and sweet synopsis of the Pilates(R) Method of Body Conditioning. It is a quick reference that any person serious about their health can benefit from.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved It!, 25 Mar 1999
By A Customer
At last, an exercise book which makes sense, is do-able and easy to follow and which works! I noticed results after a couple of weeks and seem to have got rid of persistent back pain. Highly recommended!
