3.0 out of 5 stars Not enough meat, 6 Oct 2003
By A Customer
This book was good if you wanted some insight into Bon's life but unfortuantely it was a disappointment. The author had not the permission to gain invaluable insight into Bon's life via the other AC/DC members and management, which is sad seeing that a perfect tribute to Bon could have been made via this autobiography. On that note the book seems to lack substance while pretending to give you a real inside look into Bon's world.

4.0 out of 5 stars An essential for all Bon Scott fans. RIP., 6 Oct 1999

Clinton Walker does it again. Easily Australian musics' greatest journo. Even without the assistance of any members of AC/DC, this book is still an essential read.

1.0 out of 5 stars Dull, dull, dull., 31 Jul 2001
By A Customer
Having been an AC/DC fan all of my life, I was really looking forward to reading this book - I wish I hadn't. It was extremely slow, repetative, and very UN-rock 'n' roll. In fact it was so bad it's now sitting in a charity shop! No wonder the current band members wanted nothing to do with this publication.
