To say that there are 900+ exercises in this book is a bit misleading. To give an idea where all these exercises come from. One exercise might be heading the ball in the air whilst standing still, the next exercise might be walking in a straight line whilst heading, the next might be walking in a figure of 8 whilst heading. Not exactly different exercises!!! Overall I found the book disappointing, nothing really new or different, nothing to stop 30 or more kids from getting bored. Probably best avoiding this if you are really serious about proper and good soccer coaching.
