1.0 out of 5 stars I cannot recommend this book, 11 Nov 2001
By A Customer
I found this book unhelpful, largely because of the turgid and patronising style. I found it impossible to read for more than a few minutes at a time. The constant use of the word "client" seemed dehumanising, and the book left me with no feeling that there was any hope for the manic depressive
