This book is begins at the basics of GIS and particularly Arcview. For those who have experience with this system, then this helps little other than as a good reference book. The later chapters do however go into more detail on querying and analysis, but to hardened GIS users this will be nothing new.
For those who are unfamiliar with GIS, this seems like a very logical place to start.
