John Polidori's life is an interesting one. The author of this book gives a lot of proof of that part. But most of the other parts are unreliable details of his life, with no conclusive evidence. Some of it is just the author's own point of view and not the entire truth, often surmising the case. Apart from that, a rare book to have in your collection. But if you don't know a lot about John Polidori, it is wise to do your research from a more reliable source before buying this book, in order to not get the wrong idea of the facts.
