Synopsis

Originated by Tomato, this work is closely related to the message and imagery of techno band Underworld's music, creating a typographic map of a journey through the streets of New York.

5.0 out of 5 stars inspiring, 4 Jun 2001
By A Customer
Every single page of this book is just bursting with fantastic examples of illustration, typography and graphic design. It inspired me to do a whole project, however mine was nowhere near as good as this book. A definite must...

1.0 out of 5 stars Rotten Tomatoes, 30 Dec 2004
By A Customer
This project typified the trend in the 1990s for graphic designers to take the "artist" part of commercial artist a little too seriously. The tedious, derivative work that resulted served only to prove Tomato were not very good artists. Undaunted they continue to foist vanity projects unto an uncaring world. Shame, really.
