Many readers are going to have a problem with this book if they are unable to get past the fact that it collects and recounts instances of employee sabotage in the workplace, and that's a shame because in reality this book is both an interesting insight into the American Worker's daily life and a tome which could enlighten those in managerial positions as to how and why their workforce is left feeling disillusioned and hostile.

Some of the cases detailed here are small things that employees felt compelled to do in order to strike back at percived oppression from management, but others are serious cases of industrial sabotage that highlight the intelligence of the employee and how much they are relied upon by the same people who they strike out against.

Rather than encouraging sabotage and glorifying the act of damaging businesses, this book leaves the reader pondering the inevitable conclusion that all the employees involved seem to want is fair treatment and freedom from exploitation and harassment in the workplace.
