5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent reader-friendly introduction to appraisals., 7 Jun 2001
By A Customer
I am a corporate trainer and executive coach and I often give/recommend books to my coachees. As usual the Pocketbook series comes up trumps as an essential in my coach's kit. The Pocketbook is very easy to read with a clear layout and fun cartoon illustrations and clear layout. It handles the subject simply and comprehensively and is a little gem for those who need/want a basic overview but who have little time or inclination for reading.
