This book cleverly and simply leads you through, chapter by chapter, a diagnostic process that is both simple and engaging.
It pulls together several concepts into a useful model and will become a well used tool for working with clients.
As I work on my case study, this book will be an invaluable aid and will become as well thumbed as this duo's previous book TA Today.
The great thing about their writing is that they make it readable for both novice and expert. I often recommend their previous title to clients which is an indication that their writing is easy to take in.
I am normally switched off by charts and diagrams, but these ones make sense and you build up each layer, piece by piece, so by the time it's all presented as one model I wasn't phased by it.
Now, if I could get them to write my case study and exam questions I'd be very happy!!
