This is an excellent, non-too-thick, quick reference guide. Everything's succintly put and despite it not being a huge heavyweight, there's all the parts we should need. An excellent addition to Waterways World guides. I'd recommend it.

The guides published by Waterways World are usually excellent.

However, as regards this one, I quote from an e-mail from the editor of Waterways World. "As to the WW K&A guide, the words figment of imagination come to mind. Don't know why there is a suggestion of one being published. There certainly won't be one in the foreseeable future. I see that the latest Pearson's guide lists the K&A, but I've not seen one of those either!"

Very good guide and easy to follow. Recommend it to anyone using this canal as a must have. Recommend you also purchase Kennet & Avon GEO map for greater detail of areas traveling in.
